Christmas Eve Dinner

need i say more.. the less than sumptuous spread before a lavishly prepared christmas dinner.

doing it the singaporean way, people usually (for quite a number of people i know at least) eat lesser or skip totally before going for a buffet. our christmas eve dinner wasn't so far off from that.

simply four dishes put together for a family of 7 and our maid. although simple, it was not lacking in tastes. they were simply delicious.

seafood platter
(soupy gravy style)

prawns in peaches
with whipped cream

every child's delight
fried dough fritters with fish paste

of chickens mushrooms
and capsicums
